My treatment plan was very matter of fact of how to proceed with the restoration process. First and foremost, how to stop the constant pain from previous treatment. Dr. Erickson and staff all took the time to fully explain each step of the restorative work and explain the next step before they started it. Dr. Erickson and staff exceeded any expectations I may have had. After my former dental experience, I was probably a bit skeptical. Dr. Erickson practices very gentle dentistry. Prior to my intial consultation with Dr. Erickson, I was fully prepared to settle for dentures. Dr. Erickson showed me the benefits of keeping my own teeth and how it was a medically and economically sound decision. Dr. Erickson exhibited far greater vision of what my teeth and mouth could look like than I ever did. Dr. Erickson's staff was always professional in dealing with insurance issues and there were never any surprises when it came to the expense of providing the services recommended. I always felt I was in control of my restoration program. Dr. Erickson always scheduled work that was prioritized to my financial capabilities. I think the treatment I received provided benefits to both long and short term desired results. The treatment and services I was provided with most definitely exceeded my expectations. I am more confident around people. There no longer is a need to consciously or subconsciously alter my smile or demeanor to hide the poor condition my teeth were previously in.
