What can you do to protect those pearly whites? We recommend the following sparkling regimen:
• Brush 2x per day
• Floss 1x per day - Traditional floss or Waterpik
• Use a high fluoride toothpaste
• Use alcohol-free mouthwash
• At home whitening isn't necessary

We prevent this by doing a screening on every patient. Want to know what you can do for at-home prevention? Keep an eye out for new sores in your mouth that last more than 10-14 days. If you find one, come in as soon as possible.
